Database of groups/societies engaged in activites related to India in the cultural, literary & academic fields

The Embassy is compiling a database of Ukrainian groups/societies & other organizations which are engaged in activities related to India in the cultural, literary & academic fields. In this regard, it is requested that the following information is provided to the Embassy by 31 January, 2012:

• When was your Group/Organisation/Society established? Please explain the main aims and objectives?
• Is it registered with local authorities? If so, the registration details including its name, address, Head of Group/Organisation/Society & other office bearers etc. may be given.
• How many members/students are enrolled?
• Nature of activities such as dance, music, yoga, Indian language classes, seminars, roundtables, debates etc.
• Programmes & details of activities (relating to the above mentioned subject) undertaken by your Group/Organisation/Society during last three years.
• Do you have some definite programmes or activities planned for 2012-13? If so, please provide details.
• The source of income/funding of the Group/Organistion/Society.
• Whether the Group/Organisation/Society has its own premises or operates from hired premises.

Please send all the information on your official letter head, signed by the President/In-charge/Office Bearer, by email(scanned)/fax/post to the Embassy address. Please also consult our website at www.indianembassy.org.ua
